Wire problem

My brake light and dash lights went out after putting in a stereo, the fuse is all good. I just need to know that wire needs to changed.

The most common mistake is people use an ohm meter to find a ground wire in the original plugs for the radio. There is no ground wire there. What appears to be ground wires are the wires for the dash lights and for the running /tail lights. Those are used to tell the radio when to dim the display, and how much to dim it. When one of those is used for the new radio's ground wire, that circuit becomes shorted to ground through the radio's metal case, then the antenna cable. Those are the white and the orange wires. They should not be used with an aftermarket radio.
