Wire attached to intake manifold?

There is a small wire to the right of the intake manifold. It has a small tear in it and would like to know what exactly is this wire? I have provided a picture below. Thanks

By the way it's the blue wire under the one I'm holding, not the black one.

Hi,

I copied your picture and circled what I think you are referring to. If I am correct, that appears to be an engine vacuum hose and not an electrical wire. If it is a hose, I believe it runs to the fuel pressure regulator. Are you getting poor fuel mileage, rough idle, or have you noticed any dark gray smoke from the exhaust?

Let me know if I have the right part.
