Okay. My issue is, I've changed the 2 pump for the wiper fluid and I can hear the run but very little/ drops to no spray comes out when I activate or turn on the wipers? I don't under stand what it could be?

More then likely you have a clog in the line. I would suggest by taking the line off the pump, put a new rubber line on it and run it to a bucket or just not at your face, and then turn the washer on. Make sure the pump can produce pressure. Then either replace the line or use low pressure compressed air to blow out the lines. If it were me, I would replace them. We don't have a process for this from the manual but it should be straight forward. The only thing is to make sure you clean out the spray nozzles as you should be able to do that and don't need to clean them out.

Let me know what questions you have. Thanks
