The wipers on my 2008 Chevrolet 2500 don't shut off. The only way to get them to turn off is by pulling the fuse. At the wiper motor, I have power to the green wire all the time and to the purple when the switch is on high but only one wire at a time has power. I unhooked the light green (keyed power) from the BCM and the wipers still have power to the green wire. Putting it on high only puts power to the purple wire when the key is on. I cant find a relay the fuse box that controls it. Where do I go from here? Thanks

Find the wiper relay in the underhood electrical box (your owners manual should identify it) and pull it and see if the wipers stop. If so try another relay, if problem stiil exists suspect an internal underhood electrical center issue.

I already pulled every relay under the hood and it still going. The only two things that stop it are the fuse and unhooking the battery. I even unhooked the wiper switch from the steering column and the ignition and it keeps going.

I would then suspect that you have an internal short in your under the hood electrical center. It is a fairly common issue on these trucks. The only way to be sure would be to perform some very specific tests, with some very specialized equipment. So at this point I would have to recommend that you take it to a shop.
