Windows wont go down or up

My windows will not go down or up. Checked the fuses in the dash all are good. Either switch on driver side or passenger side will not work. Checked to so if the wires to the window motor were getting power and they were not. Both windows quite on me at the same time. Is there a relay or what?

Have you checked the main power feed wire to the driver side master window switch?The one in the boot going to the drivers door? They break over time from opening and closing the door. It is a large wire bigger then the rest. It is pretty common for them to break.

Yes it does, here is a guide that will help you check the switch so you can get the problem fixed which is probably the main window switch but to be sure check the guide out.
