The driver side window would not go up only down then eventually I rolled it all the way down and now it’s stuck there when I roll it down I hear a click but when I roll it up I don’t hear nothing I took the door panel apart and inspected it but I can’t seem to figure it out the switch is blinking I try to do a reset on it but still nothing, I even swapped the switched with the passenger side which was good and I get nothing just a click when trying to go down and now my passenger side doesn’t work either after swapping it back, I also hear a click as soon as I connect the connector to the switch without even doing anything. Any help please.

Sounds like the motor itself or" a loose ground wire inside the door they put them inside on the door post for the motor, controller, switch etc. They get a lot of vibration and come loose or even break or even hang by a few strands of wire sometime 'not good'. Got to clean and tighten them then sometimes things wake up again also unplug the motor and check the plug for voltage as you activate the switch if low then check into and out of the switch.

Yep, 9 times out of 10 it will be the window motor, and can use a test light to confirm if you use a ground and power to the lead. If you remove the window motor be careful. There is a lift spring that is strong and can hurt you when released as the motor is removed. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes
