The window on the driver's side goes up but stops when it's about 3/4 of the way closed. After that point, the motor doesn't make any noise and it cannot go up anymore, only down. If you keep pressing the window button after around 30 seconds, nothing happens. However, if you turn the key off and on again, the motor starts working again for some time.

Hi,

I need to know if this is a 2 or 4-door model. I ask because there is a bulletin related to the 2-door coupe window switch being affected in high temperatures.

Next, when you hold the switch, it is still drawing power. The power is supplied by a circuit breaker (see pic below) that opens and stops power to prevent damage or a fire. It takes about 30 seconds for the circuit breaker to close and provide power again.

Let me know if it is the 2 or 4-door model. If it is the 2-door, we need to replace the window switch.

Let me know.

Joe
