Will not start after engine overhaul

I have spark, fuel, no security light. All new components; plugs, wires, cap rotor. It is in time, but it will not start only turns over.

Do you have fuel pressure? Can you check this next? Do a scan as well as not all codes will set a check light.

I have fuel pressure even at startup. I have a snap on Solus Edge 2016 model and do not see any codes.

Compression okay? Valve timing checked and correct? Injection pulse and a good spark? Check to see if the plugs are wet with fuel and advise please.

Timing is good, has good spark. The plugs are getting wet with fuel I did notice that.
