Will not start

Went into the doctors office, came out and there is no click when turning the key. Battery is fully charged. (Radio does come on) could this be the solenoid (never would have guessed this spelling) or the whole starter?

Good afternoon.

Yes, it could be the starter but it can also be a low battery. It takes a small amount of current to run basics in the car but a very large amount to turn the starter motor.

I would start by checking the battery voltage first. Then go down to the starter solenoid and check for power on the small wire.
