Changed fuel injector and started one time for 15 seconds and shut off. It wont restart.

This doesn't seem like that it would be related to one injector replacement. However, here are some guides that will help with this issue:

If the vehicle is not starting then we need to check for fuel and spark. Please let us know if you do not have one of these. Once we know this we can take next steps but we need to find out if this is a new issue or was there a starting issue prior to replacing the injector?
