Why does my transmission freeze and not shift after driving for a bit?

I will be driving and go to shift into another gear when the clutch becomes rock had and won’t depress to allow me to change gears. Changed both the clutch and the slave cylinder last year and it is still doing this after about 10 minutes of driving.

On these Mazda's/Ford Ranger's, many techs replace the master, line, and slave as a matched set because one weak link can ruin the job. Since you’ve done clutch + slave already, I’d bet on the line or master. The flexible hose section can collapse internally with heat/age. Let me know.
