Whistling sound after it has warmed up, it sounds like it is coming from air filter area?

It is steady hi pitched. Does not change when throttling up. Can't seem to locate the problem. OBD plug in will not let me jump it. Does nothing. Why?

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response.

This guide may help as well:

Please start a new question for the OBD port issue. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes

I may have found the issue due to reading other posts. I checked all vacuum lines and found one that was detached and plugged. I do not know what it belonged on. The hose was dry and therefore the plug cracked it. I cut a small amount off and re-plugged. Noise seemed to quiet down. Will know more today. Thanks, and I will use that link as well to do some more research.

I have seen bad intake manifolds (cracked) cause the noise as well FYI.
