Whining noise from engine area and squealing noise from A/C

Whining noise while in idle and accelerating. Replaced idler pulleys, belt tension-er and tension-er pulleys and power steering pump. Noise still there. My A/C is squealing but I cannot remove the two screws from plastic cover to check the blower motor. What did you use to remove them in the video?

So is this two different noises or the same noise? Can you take a quick video and upload it here so I can hear the noise so I do not have to guess?
