While iM park at a stop light with the gear on drive

I've notice that when im at a stop light waiting for the light to turn green and then go my car stars to blow like blue smoke from the muffled for a couple of seconds and then is back to normal

Maybe your burning a little oil? Do you add oil between oil changes?

Not really but if it is burning oil is there anything that I could do to fixed? And also when is on park the RPM it gets weak stars to sound like if it wanted to cut off

Maybe a little oil getting past piston rings or valve guides? Other than that, I don't know? If there is an idle problem, it is usually with the vehicle in gear not part. Not much load on the engine in park.

With idle issues I check the idle air system, to begin.
