Second and third cylinders do not have a spark?

Auto fell on the first and occasionally on the fourth cylinder. the second and third do not have a spark.

You could have bad plug wires, if one of the wires goes bad it will affect the other cylinder. I would replace the coils and wires and if you have done the spark plugs change those as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
