Will not start

When turning the key on all functions seem to work, all lights on dash and the fuel pump turns on. When turning the key to start position it wont turn starter. When jumping starter my truck will turn over, but wont start.

Try resetting security system if no owners manual look online for your vehicle on how to do it.
