Egine will not turn over

Plugged Bullydog programmer into truck and never could establish communication with it. Disconnected programmer and never could get truck to turn over again.

Try resetting security system if it still wont start have a local professional check the connection of aldl and scan for codes for why it wont start. The programmer may have started to program then stopped so it is incomplete and messing with starting up.

No diagnostic tool want to hook up to truck. No fault finding tool will communicate.

That is why you need to have a professional look at it to see if the connection is bad so he can fix it. You might check fuses under-hood as well as some have a fuse.
