While driving and shift gears it sounds like a fan noise

Can you give a little more detail on what the issue is? Do you have a manual transmission or automatic? Also, when you say fan noise, are you talking about like when you put your finger in the fan and it makes that clicking noise?
If you can get a video of the noise that would probably be best. Thanks
