When I crank my car and being parked

When I crank my car stays running but when I push the gas pedal when is park the RPM shows low power it raise up slow and if I push the gas pedal fast stars like drowning while is on park

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with agauge first autoparts rent it.

The pressure is working fine could it be the catalytic coverter

Do what I said in first reply if you don't scan for codes you may not know at all where to start aconverter won't do that. What is your fuel pressure exactly? If it's not 35-45 psi then it'snot ok

The the fuel pressure is 30PSI and when I unplug the vacuum hose it raises up to 40PSI and when I plug the hose back to it it goes back to 30 is more like 29 PSI than 30 so what can I do next should I change the fuel pressure regulater

Replace the pump it probably isn't making good flow rates.
