I am replacing a wheel hub bearing and need to remove the spindle nut. Can someone send me factory info on what size the spindle nut socket has to be to remove it?

The manuals don't normally have a socket size because they just leave that to the mechanics to figure out as they will have all the different sizes and they just need to find the right one.

However, the normal size of these hub nuts is a 24mm socket. Clearly this one could be different but that is what it looks like so that is a good place to start.

I attached the process from the manual below for your review. Please let us know if you have other questions. Thanks

Wow. That one is pretty cheap. Less then $5.00 is pretty good. You may be able to rent one from a local parts store. These are called 3 jaw pullers and they are pretty standard.

Normally their rental program is they charge you for the tool and then when you return it they give you all your money back. Basically it is a loaner program not a rental.

Most AutoZones do this.
