Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.com.

Here is the definition of a P0191:

P0191 - Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance

This code can be set for several different reasons. However fuel pressure seems to be the most common. Picture 1 indicates possible causes.

The first thing I would recommend checking is fuel pump pressure. Here is a link that gives general directions for checking. This general test discusses pump pressure as well as the fuel pressure regulator.

Next is code P1233 Here is the definition:

P1233 - Fuel Pump Driver Module Disabled Or Off Line

Picture 2 indicates possible issues.

I have access to pinpoint data information. However, it is several pages long. Without knowing the symptoms, it is like looking for a needle in hay stack. Sorry for the cliche. Also, it is quite involved.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have other questions or need additional help. Also, as you can see, the two codes are related. I feel once the 1233 is fixed, the other issue will go away.

Take care,
Joe
