Front two spark plugs are wet

Good afternoon. The car is using 6 plugs the 3 plugs at front 2 get wet and it's making the car not to move well. How to change cylinder? Have change the gasket still the 2 plug at the front still gets wet.

When you say it is getting wet, I assume you mean with coolant? If so then we still have a head gasket issue or a crack, or a warped head.

I would suggest starting with testing the head gasket using this guide to confirm this is what it is before you pull it back off since you just did it.

Once we confirm this is a head gasket we will need to pull it off and put a straight edge on it as that is why the new gasket didn't seal.

However, if this is not water/coolant then it may be fuel. Can you get a picture of the plug and can you smell it and see if it smells like fuel?
