Wet carpet when A/C or heat is turned on

Soggy carpets on driver side only every time I cut heat on or A/C on.

Good afternoon,

There is a drain hose for the housing that allows water to drain out to the ground. When that clogs up from dirt or debris, it backs up in the car and on to the rug.
