My car makes a rattling/ ticking more so ticking noise when I start the vehicle it quiets down while the car is idling but is noticable when I press on the gas even when i'm parked/ idling. The noise gets louder as I push on the gas but stops when I let off the gas and sometimes it goes away after the vehicle heats up sometimes it doesn't and even more weirdly its worse when its hot outside and less noticable or loud if its cold outside please help me lol the vehicle has got new spark plugs, regular oil changes, new battery, new rad and fan, and I have done an oil treatment which I left in for 100 km before giving it an oil change which I think made the noise worse?

When your oil heats up, it gets thin, and this is causing your noise. However, what the noise is, I cant be certain of. It may be your lifters, however it can also be a rod knock, or worn wrist pins. Without actually being there to listen I cant give you an answer. Lifters get noisy with age, as they wear, however, if your rod, and main bearings are worn, and thats the noise, its time for a new engine. It can be repaired, however it costs way more to rebuild your engine than it would to replace with a good used motor.
