Out of nowhere idling in a parking lot the truck was making a awful sound. When I put the hood up and looked the clutch fan assembly would wobble after so many rotations right where it’s connected to the block and the belt shift on the pulley. How bad is This? Or what is the problem?

Hello,

This sounds like the bearing in the fan clutch has failed and the entire fan clutch needs to be replaced. In the diagrams down below I have included the Original Equipment Manufacturer[OEM] part number for your vehicle's fan clutch and the instructions for the removal and installation of the fan clutch for your vehicle. Please go through this guide and report back with how everything turns out.

Thanks,
Alex
