Noise that comes after starts up and goes away when engine heats up?

I have this noise that comes after starts up and goes away when the engine heats up. Video is attached, thanks.

Thanks for the video, it helps. It sounds like you have a bearing going out in a serpentine belt tensioner. I would remove the serpentine belt and spin each one of the accessories and tensioner pulleys to see which one is making the noise then I can give you instructions on how to change it out.

I have seen a worn serpentine belt itself cause noises as well so if the belt is cracked or glazed, replace the belt. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
