Coolant leaks?

My son changed the cracked manifold, thermostat, and fan about 3 months ago. Now it started to leak again. At first couldn’t see where but yesterday I saw under the reservoir tank, and it was green. What could this be? Also I have not had battery problems until yesterday I charged it and today it was dead again.

It could be the surge tank or the hose connections to the tank or the radiator cap that need to be replaced. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
