Water in the reservoir boiling

I realized the water in the reservoir connected to the radiator become so hot and boiling.
I have remove radiator thermostat and replaced radiator cap but still no improvement.
Any help will highly appreciated.

This sounds like your vehicle's thermostat is stuck in the closed position. Here is a link below for a generic guide on how to change a thermostat below:

Thank you Mr. Alex, I did as you instructed and everything is working fine now.
I removed the thermostat yesterday and drove it for 8 kilometer with fan on automatic start and stop and everything seems to be very much okay now.
