1. replaced all relevant electrical parts, fire as far as the fuse box, but does not reach the cleaned fuel pump. What next?
2. car is in park, and gears locked and will not move. was towed from the from [front wheel drive] and has been in park while drying out. what is the problem and how to solve?

scrap the car because probably every module inside the car along with switches have been destroyed by the water.

Hmac300 is correct. That's why insurance companies NEVER repair flood vehicle.
