I believe the guy I thought could fix the truck could put in a crankshaft sensor brand new turned it over a few times. No spark after discovering the new crankshaft sensor broken off wondering if it still can be good or no and what could have caused this to do what it did possibly not installed correctly? I know just wanting to have other feedback to help me decide get this one is usable or not. The truck listed above has the 8-cylinder plugs.

Good afternoon,

Where is it broken off?

Can you upload a picture of the damage?

You can damage the sensor if you are not careful installing it.

Why did you replace it? Was there a code for it pointing to the sensor?
