Code P0013, VVT?

Code P0013 camshaft position actuator circuit. This code specifically refers to the "B" camshaft position, meaning that there is a problem with the timing of the exhaust camshaft in relation to the crankshaft. The camshaft position actuator solenoid is responsible for altering the position of the camshaft(s) based on the engine's operation. So, I would remove the camshaft position actuator solenoid and clean the screen to allow oil flow through the valve here is the location so you can check it out. Also, make sure the engine oil is clean and full. Sorry it looks like the camshaft position actuator solenoid for the exhaust cannot be disassembled so you might need to get a new one.
