When I press on the gas or go fast seems like theres a loud noise coming from under the hood. When I stop pressing the gas it stops.

Has the check engine light come on yet? If it has what are the codes? You could have an issue with the charge air pipes possibly leaking, or vacuum hose that has separated somewhere in the turbo control. A thorough visual nspection and possibly smoke testing would be needed to find where your loosing boost pressure causing the noise.
