Do these calipers come off with torx, allen or conventional socket. Also, are there all kinds of clips and additional springs, clips, etc. That I should be concerned with? What pads would you recommend for the front and rear. I see they can range form $50 to 140 for the fronts. Also, it appears there are two sizes to choose form ---- 12.5 in. Rotors or 13.25 in. Rotors. I have a T6 AWD with 18in. Rims. It appears that they measure 12.5in. But a guy from a brake place said I have the larger ones. IS he wrong?

My software doesnt say what kind of fastener holds them on, and I dont have one in the shop to look at.I would stay with all factory brake parts on Volvos. Have tried everything else and they dont work as well and are noisy. Yes, you should be sure all clips and springs are ok before reassembly or replace them. If you go to Volvo with your vin#, they will be able to tell you exactly what size brakes your car has
