I have a 2004 XC90 and the blower motor was staying on even after a long time and battery was going dead, so I started to pull the fan fuse, and now after opon returning the fuse no longer works to put fan back on, Problem is I am in Nassau Bahamas with car and there is NO dealer here. Any sugestions?

On passenger side the blower motor has a fan control module that may have gone bad. The only way to replace the fan control module is to drain the A/C and cooling system and pull out the dash and the climate box out. The way Volvo built this thing is you can get to three of the screws except for one that is hidden way in the back towards the firewall. I would recommend that you take this to a pro. Hope you can find a shop where you are at. Labor time would be about 9 to 10 hours.
