2002 Volvo XC70 All Wheel Drive Automatic 68,000 miles

How often does the cabin air filter need replacing? I realize that dirtier driving conditions may change the filter life, but need a general guideline.

Volvo recommends you replace the cabin filter every 15,000 miles.
