2000 Volvo S80 High frequency noise

When I step on the break, it produces a high pitch sound (noise) kind like a high frequency sound. It comes on and off whenever I step on the break. Some says it could be the break sensor from the ABS.
I changed all my tires to replace all worn out and damaged tires.
