Thank you. I solved the problem by visiting another website. Removed & returned passenger compartment fuses nos. 21 & 22. It reset steering column module. Thank you for your concern.

Check the rest of the fuses. If they are O.K. Remove the steering column covers and look at all the connectors especially the connector on the steering wheel module. Make sure it is properly secured. Inspect the harness and make sure it is not chaffing on the steering column. You could have a problem with the turn signal assembly itself? If you can get a wiring diagram you may want to see if there is a relay that controls all that as well?
