2000 Volvo S80

Previous day drove 170 miles with no problems the next day we got a little snow and rain needed to go back 170 miles to portsmouth NH got y helpabout 1 mile and the speedometer and tach stopped working then air bag urgent temp gauge dropped to cold then fuel gauge engine started running rough it would bog down pick back up over and over again drove home it died while driving started back up long crank time but does restart tach is ok then tach drops along with temp gauge then engine will either start running rough or will race at about 2000 rpms everytime I shut off this repeats then I went out and check engine light is and rest of dash lights and gauges r inop the codes I have r p1633 for abs concern I had previous and p1631 theft I havent had this code any help would be great
