Brakes problem
1998 Volvo S70 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 91500 miles

ABS, TRAC lights turned themselves on automatically in bad snowing weather, and the right rear wheel is locked during this driving. Then I let the car sit for an hour and started it again, everything was fine, no warning lights on. It has been two months now, everything still fine, except there is shrill noise from the left front wheel when driving the car in the early morning, I think this is common problem for Volvo s70 T5 series.
I live in Canada and this winter might have shorten my battery's life and I decide to replace the battery, but somehow I lose the radio code, do you know how can I get that code and how can I reset the service lamp?
I also want to replace the front and rear rotors, brake pads and the parking brake shoes, are there much differences from the instructions you pros post on this site?

To retrieve the code you will need to pull the radio out and get the serial number. Parts should be able to help you out with that number. Just take registration just in case? As for your ABS light try doing a bettery reset. Remove the negative lead cable and place it over the positive cable and let it sit there for about 10 minutes. Becarefull when doing this. Do not let the wrench sit on top of battery. You dont want that thing striking the positive and negative posts at the same time!
