Engine Cooling problem
2006 Volvo S60 Front Wheel Drive Manual 108000 miles

On a volvo s60 d5(diesel) there is oil in the coolant header tank, the car runs perfectly and has not overheated at any time.I have removed and pressure tested the oil cooler from the rear of the sump and it seems to be ok. Can you suggest any other likely source for this fault or am I looking at the cylinder head gasket, if it the gasket what time should it take to replace, thanks for your help

I would still suspect the oil cooler has an internal leak. Replace the oil cooler, flush out cooling system with water and replace all the rubber hoses and the expansion tank.
