My 2005 S60 truck lock has stopped working with either the remote or the handle. It will still open with the key but nothing otherwise. Yet, I can open it and when it's 1/2 open the electrical remote and handle DOES work. I suspect an electrical problem but not a fuse. Any suggestions on where to look? It has not been damaged no abused. Thanks for your help.

Look at the harness that is routed on the left side of the trunk. You could have a wire that is going open circuited. Jiggle the harness around while you try to lock and unlock the trunk with the remote. If you do find a problem you can try and open up the wire loom and look for the bad wire or you can remove the harness and replace the trunk harness but that could be expensive.
