WHEN I HIT A BAD SPOT IN THE ROAD, A DIP OR POTHOLE, HEAR THIS KNOCKING WABBLY NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE-TIRE AREA.

You could have a broken spring seat, bad strut tower or the strut itself could be bad. Maybe control arm bushings are split? The sawar bar end links could be bad? Take it in to a shop to have the font end inspected. To check the spring seat remove the nut cover. Remove the 21mm nut from the strut. Do not raise the car up while doing this. When you remove the nut remove the washer also. Now you have a clear view of the spring seat only. The strut wont come undone because there is another nut underneath holding the strut together with the spring seat and coil. Bounce the car and you should see the crack on the spring seat. If you dont then you the strut would need to be removed to inspect better the towers as well.
