Hi there,

If this is a spot welded attachment, you will need to visit your local panel shop to get this done.

The hinge is plastic. It doesn't look like it could be welded on, so, what do I do to make it stay on?

Hi there,

If it is plastic or any other non metallic material I would says it would be chemically bonded have a word to your panel shop.
