2005 Volvo S40 remove center console

Remove the panel inside the center console. It is secured with 4 hidden clips

the center console.
the 2 connectors.
the panel under the cover / armrest
the 4 screws
the 2 connectors (1).

Lift the rear edge of the center console. Then lift the center console forwards / upwards.

Transfer:

the cup holder.
the rear cigarette lighter socket.
the cover / armrest.
Cover/armrest tunnel compartment the front storage compartment.

Installation

Align the center console.

Install:

the 2 connectors
the 4 screws. Tighten
the panel under the cover / armrest
the 2 connectors.
the center console.
the panel inside the center console. It is secured with 4 hidden clips.
