2004 Volvo S40 windsheild wiper issue

Wipers work only on delay, no reg. Speed, no fast speed, no washer. Please advise. Is it wiper motor, wiper switch, fuse. Thanks in advance !

You should take it in for proper diagnosis since you do not want to just start putting parts in? Can be anything at this point but most likely will be a bad central electronic module since it seems they have being starting to give some issues related to the wiper system? But having a shop properly diagnose it should pin point the problem.
