My right turn signal is out, the bulb has fallen out and I have been told that to replace it, the entire bumper needs to taken off, 8 clamps cut. And the bulb replaced. The quote was over 200.00 Can that be possible?

The bumper does not need to be removed to pull out the front turn signal housing unless it broke off where it mounts to the headlight assembly and they need to replace the headlight assembly as well.
Slacken off the screw holding the lamp two turns.
Hold in the catches. Pull the lamp housing forwards.
Disconnect the bulb holder.
Reinstall in reverse order.
Check the function.
Labor time to replace the bulb and socket 0.2
You may want to find another shop?
