2001 Volvo S40 engine fan

Just recently my fan stoped working so I checked the fuse and it was bad then when I changed every time I turn the a/c on it blows again what does this mean?

Which fuse blows? # 30 (15 A)?

If yes, you need to check the fan or compressor clutch coil for shorting. Unplug the condenser fan and AC clutch relay to test.
