1998 Other Volvo Models Gringing Sound when I brake

I have a 1998 Volvo S90. I noticed in the past few weeks a grinding noise that occurs every time I brake at around 30 mph or lower. Also there is a vibration that's gotten worse through the steering wheel. It sounds like the noise is only coming from the front wheels. When I release the brakes there is a slight rubbing sound that eventually stops when I get to a higher speed.

I would rush and have the brakes checked sounds like pads going throw the rotors
have the brake check as soon as possible
