What is reasonable cost to rebuild, repair transmission

Depends where you go and what the shop charges on there hourly rate. Most shops now charge around $100 dollars an hour where your dealer may charge up to $150 dollars an hour plus parts. The gearbox may cost you about $3000 plus maybe software upgrade if the transmission control module has not being upgraded to the latest and greatest.
