Fan blower does no turn on checked fuse in console how do I trouble shoot the blower not working?

My info show fuse 11-16-- 30 amp, did you check fuse circuit with a testlite? Should be hot when you turn on the key. You can also take the connector loose from fan, turn on controls, check connector for voltage and ground.
